ELECTRICAL BRING-UP

Power-rail sequencing and ripple measured under load. Current draw profiled at idle, nominal, and peak actuation. Every rail verified against the design margin before firmware is flashed.

BUS & TIMING VERIFICATION

SPI, I²C, UART, and CAN traffic captured on a logic analyzer. Clock integrity, setup/hold margins, and bus contention checked against each peripheral's datasheet timing.

SENSOR CHARACTERIZATION

IMU noise density, bias stability, and barometric drift recorded per unit. Fusion output compared against a reference attitude source before the board is accepted.

HARDWARE-IN-THE-LOOP

Firmware exercised against simulated flight profiles — nominal, degraded-sensor, and fault-injection runs — before any hardware leaves the bench.

Test records and capture data are delivered with each program. Full measurement sets are available under NDA — request a technical package.
